FUPM - Alright Alright

3 Generations of Aftermath recording artists. Bobby Creekwater, Stat Quo & Kendrick Lamar. The song is hot, K Dot in the video is cool, but we could get a remix laced with a 16 from Kendrick Lamar. Damn…….aside from that enjoy the video.

The beginning of this video shows what is really missing in hip hop. Artists coming together in the studio and working on a song at the same time. Not over email, ustream, AIM, or whatever way artists collaborate now a days, but good old fashion in the studio writing, trying to make sure you come harder than the next guy.

Just to give you some perspective, Ski Beats, whose cd this video is promoting, was one of the original producers on Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubt and Vol 1. So yeah, 24 Hour Karate School Part II is going to be awesome. Especially that joint with GLC and Stat Quo.

Dr. Dre Featuring Stat Quo - The Future

This is a rejected song from Dr. Dre’s forever elusive Detox album. I’ve been listening to this song for a long time now. It was one of the songs that Dre decided wasn’t good enough to be on Detox. This song wasn’t GOOD ENOUGH. If this song was ever released to the public Stat Quo would be HUGE. Fuck. I really hope Detox is released before I die. Stat MuthaFuckin Quo. Dr. MUTHAFUCKING Dre. You’re welcome internets.
