Damn, I didn’t think TMZ was there last night when Weezy and I were making that shit rain at KOD. At least they didn’t catch me on video. I have a respectable reputation to upkeep IRL. I can only wild out like that on Tumblr, Twitter, and on drunk nights when I take my private jet out to Miami for Foxy Boxy at King of Diamonds. There is nothing like flying back to LA in G6 eating Lobster Bisque with Ruby and Esmeralda, a Dominican and Cuban exotic dancer who was just ‘catching a ride’ back to LA. YM/MMG We rich forever!
Also, for those who don’t know, Lobster Bisque is a GREAT hangover cure. FYI.
Mannie Fresh on a Young Lil’ Wayne…
Makes me wish for another Wayne album fully produced by Mannie Fresh. Think Carter I/II with the mixtape Weezy spitting fire flames like a dungeon dragon, word to Busta Rhymes. Unfortunately shit like this makes it seem like it will never happen.
RIP Soulja Slim.
“I drank syrup and smoked a lotta weed. I wish I could be back on it. That’s how it fucking feels. ‘How does it feel to be sober?’ I’ll be like, ‘It feels fucked-up.’ What you want me to say? ‘It feels great’? No. I was on something that the doctor prescribed. I was ill, and that was helping me.”

Lil Wayne on wishing he was still on drugs…..
Wayne, I also wish you were still on drugs. ‘Weed and syrup/’til I die’
Drizzy drops the visuals for Headlines, the first single off Take Care. Oct 24th, can’t wait. YMCMB. BTW, the visuals, although nothing special, look nice. Very nice.
a series of events:
- while walking to the grocery store, i saw a dead baby bird on the sidewalk and began to question the entire universe. i also instantly recalled a similar experience that occurred on a sidewalk very far from here when my body was much smaller but my heart was still horrified by the same things.
- in an attempt to make myself feel better, i purchased these chill “under the sea” nail stickers. perhaps all life is eventually reduced to pain and death, but i can still put some seahorses on my nails.
- an old lady gave me a dirty look at the grocery store. perhaps she has a problem with young weezy.
I really like this lady!
Also, obvious reblog for all my young Weezy fans. There are more than a few of you.
All I read was Blah Blah Blah Weezy Blah Blah Blah….my thoughts on this: 1, who is this chick and why aren’t we best friends? 2. Carrie you may Weezy ‘fans’ following you, but you know i’m the only uber-super-Weezy stan. 3. Seriously, Carrie needs to befriend this chick just so I can give her props for incorporating Wayne into her steez. YM/CMB
Wayne’s upcoming MTV Unplugged special will most definitely go down in history. And you can’t help but think of Jay-Z’s classic pairing with The Roots as his band back when Jay did Unplugged back in ’01. So even though The Roots are probably not gonna back Lil Wayne up for his Unplugged special, one can only dream. If you remember, back in October of 2008, The Roots did a concert at The Fillmore on the beach and Lil Wayne surprised the crowd with an impromptu rendition of “A Milli”. It was most definitely a classic night.
That was taken from the305.com. IF this MTV Unplugged rumor is true, and questlove tweeted something vague along those lines, but IF this is true, it will surely go down as one of these best hip hop MTV Unplugged, right behind Jay-Z and Lauren Hill. I’ve been waiting to see Tune perform with the Roots for a long time. I mean imagine hearing Questloves drums for a milli?! Fucking nuts.

Pusha T interview with The Breakfast Club
I was listening to Fear of God yesterday, which everyone should if you hadn’t, when I heard a very eyebrow raising adlib at the end of the Money On My Mind freestyle. Did I just hear Pusha shout out Wayne for getting out of the pokey? These two have had a long and well documented beef, starting with the Mr. Me Too, carrying through to Carter 2, a few slick shots on No Ceilings, to a very angry first verse on Road To Til The Casket Drops. I honestly thought these guys would be beefing until one of them dies, never to appear on a record together. THEN the ad lib drops and my eyebrow raised. I even went so far as to reward that shit back 4 times to make sure I wasn’t hearing things. Then this morning I see this interview. Pyrex P & Young Tuna Fish squashed their beef. You don’t even how great the possibilities are now that this has happened. If Carter IV wasn’t already finished, my excitement for it would be almost at Detox levels with the possibility of Pusha T and Wayne on a Yeezy record. I mean that shit can still happen, it just might not appear on Carter IV. Either way, chalk up another win for Hip Hop. G.O.O.D. Music/YMCMB.
